usual high street costs and overheads. The rug that you buy will be delivered
direct to your home from the factory in Belgium, and our prices include FREE
delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery is normally within 10/14
days. We do not charge for VAT.

All credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is placed using 128
bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text
on any website.
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online
catalogue, and select any items that you wish to
buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you
have finished your selection, click on "Order" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need
to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept the following
credit cards as payment - Mastercard, American Express,
Switch, Solo, Visa, and Visa Electron. We also accept
payment through PayPal.

Rug Prices: All
of our rug prices include free delivery to
all UK mainland addresses. We do not charge for VAT
Rug Images: Every
effort is made to accurately reflect the correct
colour image of each rug on our website. Colour differences
may vary slightly and this is understandably caused
by various contrast or brightness settings on computer
screens. If you would like us to email a larger image
of any rugs, just email or call and we'll send them
to you.
Faults: All
rugs are thoroughly inspected before leaving the
factory, but if any rug is found to be faulty then
you must notify us in detail within 48 hours of delivery.
We shall arrange collection from your home address
but we ask you to ensure that the rug is prepared
for collection in the original packaging and original
condition. The rug will be re-inspected to confirm
the notified fault and a full refund will be processed
within 7 days of return.
Cancellations: Please
contact us immediately should you decide to cancel
your order. We in turn will cancel your order with
the factory or intercept delivery to your home. Please
do not accept delivery of any order cancelled with
this office. Payment of cancelled orders will be
refunded in full.
Returns
Policy: You
have 7 working days from receipt of goods in which
to notify us if you wish to return your rug order.
You must notify our office by email, phone or fax of
your intention to return your order (contact details
are shown on our website). The rug must be carefully
and securely wrapped in the original wrapping to await
collection by our transport company. You will be charged
for the full return cost of the rug, and you will be
credited when the item is received in our depot in
perfect resaleable condition. All rugs under 200cm
width are charged at £29, and all rugs 200cm
width and over are charged at £49 return.

yard. Some rugs may weigh slightly more which
is dictated by areas of double density weave

optimum pile height of 50mm (2 inches) and weighs 115
